We are a family owned butchers based in Downpatrick, Co. Down. Now in our second generation of butchering, we offer traditional cuts of meat and now a new range of homemade gluten free products.

Our shop in Market lane was opened 24 years ago by Master Butcher Pearse Wilson after he spotted an opportunity to follow his dream in opening a local butchers with specialising in quality traditional cuts of beef, pork and poultry.
